Baptist Health Urgent Care - Benton

Tadf was very nice. Tge intake lady was smiling snd very kind to everyone, the technician was very nice and took quick action , the NP was also nice, we talked she explained everything. I couldn't ask for better care. . If I need urgent care again I will be at the Benton facility. Great fast service.

This was my first visit. Check in was easy, fast and efficient plus the lady at the front desk was very friendly. The wait time wasn’t too long considering the amount of people. Nursing staff was very efficient and friendly. The Dr. was extremely thorough, knowledgeable, and kind. She was very easy to talk to, and I feel very good about my diagnosis and treatment plan.

The staff at the Benton urgent care facility is the nicest group of people I've ever seen. They're always able to give you an estimate of wait time and offer to text you when your time is close. Always friendly and helpful.

This is the best urgent care. The wait was good, it’s a clean facility and the front office staff was courteous. The nurse was very sweet and told me that she would let me know if there’s any delays. The physician, Brittani Moffett, was fantastic. She listened, was attentive and gave me great care. I will definitely go back. 🤍

I went into the location and asked for an appointment. The lady behind the desk 12/28/2023 wasn't busy. No one was in the lobby. She said there would be an hour and a half wait. I said that would be fine. I said I wanted to have her make me an appointment. She refused. She said I had to do it on line. I told her I am elderly and that didn't matter to her. I will go to a place where they are helpful towards people that don't have the same skills as the younger generation. Especially since there was NO ONE in the lobby. Lazy.
